I haven't received my transaction in Lumi

Sometimes you can face a situation when you cannot locate your funds in your wallet.
If you have sent funds to your Lumi wallet, but you have not received anything yet, here are a few steps you can take:
1. Double check that you have added the necessary wallet in the app.
For example, to see OMG tokens in Lumi, you need to add OMG wallet in the app. Click here to find out how to do it.
2. Check your transaction status in the Blockchain Explorer.
You can use blockchain.com for BTC transactions and etherscan.io for ETH and ETH-based tokens. To track a transaction you need to insert the transaction ID (hash) into the search bar. Check the status of the transaction, if it wasn't confirmed by the blockchain, it is not successful. Please note that the transaction needs to be confirmed at least once.
3. Make sure that your wallet address matches the receiving wallet address in the transaction in the blockchain explorer.
If you are waiting for the tokens to arrive, please check if you can find your token at Etherscan.io. Please note that Lumi only supports ERC20 (Ethereum-based tokens). If you sent a coin that has its own blockchain and the same name as the ERC20 token to Lumi Wallet, then unfortunately you will not be able to access your funds. Please double-check if the asset is supported before sending it to Lumi Wallet.
If you cannot see your funds in Lumi Wallet and the transaction has been confirmed, please contact our support team and we will assist you as soon as possible.
