If you don't have your mnemonic phrase, you can restore the wallet in the web version using the wallet file. You can find the instructions here.

If you did not import your Lumi wallet on any other device and you did not save a copy of your Backup Phrase, then unfortunately you have completely lost access to your wallet. This is why we urge you to back up your wallet.
